Grace H

Grace H's obsession with interiors goes way back, she still vividly remembers the pure delight of decorating a small garden shed at age 11 with vintage net curtains and charity shop finds. It might not have been "cool," but it was her space, and she absolutely adored it. That thrill of creating beautiful environments has never faded – though thankfully, her net curtain phase has evolved into a love for all things playful and colourful! (Grace's affection for charity shops, however, remains as strong as ever.)

Grace's move from my native London to Manchester almost four years ago presented the perfect opportunity to fulfill a long-held fantasy: renovating a Victorian semi-detached home, complete with all its original charm (and real fireplaces!). With sleeves rolled up and paintbrush in hand, she embarked on the project. No grand plan, just a joyous process and an intuitive desire to fill each room with colours that brought me joy.

This creative adventure began finding its home on Instagram, under the name @fromlondontomanchester and has led Grace right here, to a truly "pinch me" moment. 

Grace is thrilled to share my world of colour with you, offering practical insights and the tips and tricks she's picked up along the way. She wants to show you that incorporating colour into your home doesn't have to be daunting, kitschy, or overwhelming – unless, of course, that's exactly what you're aiming for!
